Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how XCITY ARGENTINA INC ("Xcity", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on xcity.one and the Xcity dashboard (collectively, the "Services"). It is part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies including local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Services to function. You cannot opt out of these.

• xct_session — sealed authentication session cookie. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. 30-day TTL.
• CSRF and security tokens used by the dashboard.

Functional

Remember your preferences (language, theme). Loaded only after you change a preference.

• Theme preference (system / light / dark)
• Language selection (when stored beyond URL)

Analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future (e.g. Plausible, Fathom, or self-hosted alternatives), we will update this policy and surface a consent banner where required by law.

Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

3. Third-party cookies

Some pages embed third-party services that may set their own cookies:

• Stripe — set during Checkout / Customer Portal sessions for fraud prevention. See Stripe Cookie Settings.
• Cloudflare — if your traffic is routed through Cloudflare's network, performance and security cookies may be set.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you delete cookies, block them from specific sites, or block all cookies. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.

5. Do Not Track

We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them. We honor your privacy preferences through the controls described above.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users and on the Xcity dashboard.
